Your Privacy is Protected | > Deposit on Appointment We ask for a $60 deposit from all patients before we schedule an appointment since our doctors make their services available to patients far from the doctor's home office. This policy also tends to limit appointments to people who have serious interest, and reduces no-shows. The $60 deposit is one-third of the total clinic fee, so most patients should bring $120 the day of the clinic. Our doctors are so completely overbooked that if you do not make payment in advance, we cannot schedule an appointment. We accept credit and debit cards online, and your card will be billed as "PAYPAL *COHAS".
